The Cactus Auto Spa LLC provides professional mobile auto detailing services, including but not limited to interior detailing, exterior washing and detailing, ceramic coating, paint enhancement, and membership plans. All services are performed at a location of the customer's choosing within our service area (Mesa and Gilbert, AZ).
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving unsafe working conditions, vehicles with biohazardous materials, or locations that are inaccessible to our equipment.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed via phone, email, or our contact form. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future bookings.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will notify you promptly in such cases and work to find a suitable alternative time.
All prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, selected add-ons, and the scope of work required. Final pricing will be agreed upon prior to the start of service.
Payment is due upon completion of each service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards, cash, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking. Membership plan billing schedules are outlined separately at the time of enrollment.
We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.
By booking a service, you confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or have the owner's authorization to have the vehicle serviced. You are responsible for:
We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle during service. We recommend removing all valuables before your appointment.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the result of a service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns at no additional charge.
Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to pre-existing damage, stains, or conditions that cannot be remedied through standard detailing techniques, nor to results affected by factors outside our control such as heavily oxidized paint, deep scratches, or permanent odors.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Cactus Auto Spa LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle that was not caused by our service.
You agree to notify us of any damage concerns before leaving the service location. Claims raised after you have departed may be more difficult to assess and resolve.
